From June 6th to 8th, 2008, The Red Helmets Foundation held a stand of presentation of its activities at the « Parc Floral » of Paris, during the second edition of the Solidarity’s Forum.
At the opening ceremony, Nicole Guedj spoke beside Jean-Paul Huchon, President of the Regional Council of Île-de-France, Pierre Schapira, Deputy mayor of Paris, in charge of International Affairs, Jérôme Pasquier, Vice General Director of the International Cooperation and the development of the french Foreign Affairs Ministry.
She reminded how it was important that all the humanitarian actors mutualize their human and material ressources to improve the organisation and the coordination of the rescue teams, in case of disaster.
